The Field Service Department is currently seeking a self-employed Servicing Technician to support ongoing operational requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with strong technical expertise in telecommunications servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing Data, TV, and Telephony services
Diagnosing and resolving network and signal faults efficiently
Testing signal levels and verifying service speeds
Replacing and installing customer equipment, including modems, set-top boxes (STBs), and cabling
Configuring and optimising wired and wireless networks
Performing and documenting all required system tests to ensure service quality and compliance
