Rawafid is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects on-site. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, ensuring that project objectives are achieved while adhering to safety, quality, and budgetary requirements. Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Developing a comprehensive work plan that includes the project timeline, human resources, and budget.
- Team Management: Leading and managing a team of engineers, workers, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality execution of the work.
- Supervision and Monitoring: Tracking work progress on site and conducting field visits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Budget Management: Monitoring costs to ensure the approved budget is not exceeded and preparing periodic financial reports.
- Communication and Coordination: Coordinating between different parties such as contractors and government authorities.
- Problem Solving: Identifying potential issues and addressing them quickly and effectively to ensure work continues without delays.
- Safety Assurance: Implementing occupational health and safety procedures at the worksite to protect all workers.
- Saudi Building Code: Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code, testing methods for construction materials, and the ability to analyze results as well as manage and assess risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience as a Site Project Manager in construction or similar projects.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse group.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and financial management principles in construction.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, for project documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
