Job Purpose
The Social Media Marketing Executive will support the day-to-day execution and optimisation of Pulsz and Pulsz Bingo’s social media presence across multiple platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering engaging content, supporting campaign rollouts, and maintaining strong community interaction in line with brand and commercial objectives.
The successful candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, this role will ensure social media activity is delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with brand guidelines and strategic priorities.
Areas of Responsibility
Social Media Operations:
- Support the daily operational management of social media channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality content delivery.
- Publish and schedule content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, Discord, and YouTube.
- Maintain and support social content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
Content Development & Execution:
- Draft, edit, and optimise posts and community messaging in line with brand tone and platform best practices.
- Coordinate with designers and internal stakeholders to brief, review, and approve social creative assets.
- Execute social-led campaigns, competitions, and promotional initiatives.
Community Management & Engagement:
- Monitor community engagement across social platforms, responding appropriately and escalating issues where required.
- Support the delivery of a positive and engaging player experience through timely moderation and interaction.
Reporting & Performance Optimisation:
- Track social performance metrics and contribute to regular reporting processes.
- Use insights and engagement data to support continuous improvement of content performance and campaign effectiveness.
Platform & Market Awareness:
- Stay informed on platform updates, emerging social trends, and competitor activity.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to ensure social output remains relevant, innovative, and commercially effective.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, or content-focused roles.
- Strong communication skills, creativity and high attention to detail.
- Experience using social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar
- Familiarity with native platform tools including Meta Business Suite and Instagram/Facebook publishing tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.
Desirable Experience:
- Basic creative or video editing experience, particularly short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts).
- Familiarity with link tracking tools such as Bitly and UTM tracking.
- Experience within gaming, entertainment, or large online communities.
