ADI was born out of a simple need: we couldn’t find enough professionals with the right digital skills, so we decided to train them ourselves.
What started in 2018 as a grassroots initiative in Tbilisi has evolved into a global Edtech platform with over 30,000 alumni.
Our programs are built by experts, designed around real world demands, and delivered in an environment of collaboration, curiosity, and growth.
In 2023, we partnered with Tether to take our mission global, expanding access to practical, career-boosting education for learners everywhere. Are you passionate about social media and love helping others succeed? We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Professional, with an amazing job career to join our team! You'll guide individuals eager to master social media marketing, providing personalised mentorship and sharing your success stories. Your mission? Inspire the next generation of social media pros with practical insights, help them tackle challenges, and master social media strategies.
Main Responsibilities
Lead on-site workshops following a detailed syllabus that includes an active discussion environment and project-based learning.
Provide enthusiastic mentorship and share your knowledge through engaging interactions.
Equip Syllabus with Social Media Strategy and Planning, Content Creation and Curation, Social Media Analytics and Reporting
Stay current with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Lead workshops with active discussions and project-based learning.
Support and encourage students through their transformative journey.
Share industry tips, best practices, and valuable resources.
Motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.
Use your success stories to guide and inspire future social media professionals.
A great career with extensive experience in social media management (4+ years).
Proficient in Georgian
Proven experience in marketing agency.
Passionate about inspiring and impacting others' lives.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong Community presence.
Previous mentoring or teaching experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
