<p>The Full-Stack Software Engineer will design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions for A-SCEND, our world-class Security Audit Workflow and Risk Management platform. As the Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving our projects forward and ensuring we meet our technical and business objectives.</p>

<ul>
<li>Code software components through the full SDLC</li>
<li>Write reusable, testable, and efficient code</li>
<li>Promote and solicit ideas within the team</li>
<li>Investigate, analyze and determine architecturally sound solutions for complex issues</li>
<li>Partner with the support team to troubleshoot deep technical issues</li>
<li>Collaborate with other engineers to specify components, interfaces, and performance requirements</li>
<li>Help guide the technical future of A-LIGN</li>
<li>Ensure service performance, uptime, and scale</li>
<li>Ensure implementation of security best practices</li>
<li>Improve efficiency of services proactively</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong><span class="TextRun SCXW147015336 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW147015336 BCX8">Minimum Qualifications</span></span></strong></h4>
<p>EDUCATION</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or MIS preferred but not required</li>
<li>Equivalent work experience and/or training required</li>
</ul>
<p>EXPERIENCE</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software development</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of JavaScript / Angular experience</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of Golang / Python experience</li>
<li>Proficiency with Git/Version Management</li>
<li>Proficiency with relational databases and SQL</li>
<li>Proficiency with Docker containers</li>
<li>Proficiency with microservices architecture and RESTful development</li>
<li>Experience developing cloud-based SaaS solutions</li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile development methodology and processes</li>
</ul>
<p>SKILLS</p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary</li>
<li>Ability to handle problems by developing multiple solutions and recommendations, and the ability to execute approved recommendations</li>
<li>Ability to communicate risks and issues associated with project timelines</li>
<li>Self-driven, innovative, prioritize effectively, and focused on impact</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and drive features or components throughout the development lifecycle - from identifying requirements to launching in production</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong relationship building skills and partnering with others internally and externally</li>
