As a Solution Architect (all genders) for clinical software solutions, you work at the intersection of sales, technology, and hospital operations. You combine technical architecture expertise with an understanding of clinical and administrative processes and support customers from initial product presentations through ongoing projects. Working closely with engineering, project and product management and sales, you develop customer-specific and technically feasible solution concepts.
Providing technical support to the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle
Analyzing clinical, administrative, and technical customer requirements
Creating technical concepts, documentation, and solution descriptions for proposals and tenders
Defining and aligning system architectures, APIs, and interfaces
Collaborating closely with engineering, product, project and DevOps
Acting as the primary technical contact for customers during sales and project phases
Supporting public and private tender processes
Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
Strong understanding of APIs, interfaces, and system architecture
Knowledge of core IT and infrastructure concepts (e.g. cloud, on-premise, VPN, networking)
Ideally, experience with clinical or administrative IT system landscapes in hospital environments
Structured and analytical mindset
Strong German skills is a must and good English skills
