As a Clinical Change Manager (all genders) you will play a key role in supporting hospitals during the introduction of our Avelios software solution. This is a highly operational and people-centered position with on-site presence in hospitals. You will accompany clinical end users throughout trainings, go-lives, and hypercare phases and act as a central interface between hospital stakeholders and internal implementation teams. Your success will be measured by smooth transitions, high user acceptance, and stable operations after go-live. This role includes frequent travel to customer sites.
Coordinate end-user trainings and hypercare phases together with internal teams and external partners
Conduct on-site and remote trainings for clinical users prior to go-live, tailored to different roles and workflows
Act as the main point of contact during go-live and stabilization phases in hospitals
Manage change and stakeholders in the clinical environment, fostering acceptance and addressing concerns proactively
Collect, analyze, and document user feedback, issues, and improvement opportunities
Communicate and prioritize insights for internal teams to continuously improve our software and rollout processes
Several years of hands-on experience in a hospital setting, with direct exposure to clinical workflows and solid expertise in medication and nursing processes
In-depth understanding of clinical operations, particularly medical documentation, medication workflows, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Practical experience in the implementation or support of clinical IT systems, with a strong awareness of the needs of physicians and nursing staff
Strong understanding of user needs in healthcare and a passion for intuitive, modern digital products
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and confidence when working with diverse stakeholders in a hospital environment
Structured, solution-oriented mindset and experience with documentation or ticketing systems
High level of ownership, resilience, and hands-on mentality
Fluent German and good working proficiency in English
