As a Staff Café Attendant, you keep our employee dining space running smoothly — setting and clearing tables, maintaining a spotless environment, and supporting meal service so our team can recharge and get back to doing great work. Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. Your Responsibilities

Set up tables and dining areas before service and reset them promptly after each meal period

Clear soiled dishes, glassware, silverware, and trash from tables and transport to the dish washing area

Wipe down and clean table tops throughout service to maintain impeccable standards

Polish café silverware and ensure all plates and serving utensils are spotless before use

Keep the buffet stocked and assist with carrying food from the kitchen during service

Stock service stations with supplies and monitor inventory throughout the shift

Collect trash from dining areas and designated locations after each serving period

Keep the ice machine locked and secure at all times

Perform other duties as requested by supervisors

What We Are Looking For

A positive attitude and professional appearance in all situations

Dependable, punctual, and ready to work — including weekends and holidays

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Valid Oregon Food Handlers Card (or ability to obtain before start date)

Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person

Physical Requirements

This is an active, on-your-feet role. You should be able to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend, and kneel for up to three hours at a time. Lifting requirements include up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.
