We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Engineer with deep expertise in Chromium internals and systems-level engineering. This role is ideal for a senior technologist who enjoys solving complex performance, scalability, and architecture challenges while contributing hands-on to critical codebases.

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with minimum 4+ years of hands-on work on Chromium internals.
• Strong expertise in C++ design, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience working with distributed systems, including inter-process communication and scalability concerns.
• Deep understanding of memory management, profiling, and optimization in large-scale systems.
• Experience with gRPC or similar high-performance communication frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
