We’re looking for an entrepreneurial operator to own Paraform’s most complex and highest-impact customer engagements—and to sit at the center of how the marketplace scales.
Paraform’s customer base is growing rapidly (hundreds of new customers a month!), and Strategic Project Leads (SPLs) are Paraform’s essential operators—connecting the work of sales, supply, engineering, and operations to deliver customer results and drive revenue. As an SPL, you’ll partner closely with founders, executives, and senior talent leaders to solve their most critical business problem: building world-class teams, fast.
Every engagement is different—from helping a defense-tech company build a security-cleared engineering team to advising a Series A founder on their first leadership hires. These are high-stakes, strategic builds that directly impact a company’s ability to scale.
This role blends client ownership, structured problem-solving, and operational execution. You’ll lead end-to-end engagements and partner cross-functionally to shape how Paraform’s product and delivery model evolve as the business scales.
We’re looking for someone who can operate comfortably in multiple modes: as a trusted advisor, bringing judgment, structure, and informed pushback to senior decision-makers; as a hands-on operator, coordinating across the marketplace to drive quality, speed, and consistency; and as a strategic problem-solver, leading initiatives that help Paraform’s model evolve as we scale.
2+ years of experience working closely with customers and having full ownership across relevant areas such as operations, strategic projects, or account management
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Entrepreneurial experience and mindset - you are excited about building things from scratch, are able to identify issues and execute quickly
Ability to come up with creative solutions to complex, ambiguous operational problems and resourceful in identifying opportunities and executing against them
Ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities at once; exceptional 80/20 skills
Own customer engagements end-to-end: Build credibility with founders, CXOs, and senior operators; drive execution across complex, high-stakes searches; use data to influence hiring outcomes.
Leverage Paraform’s recruiter capacity: Translate customer needs into action by mobilizing the right recruiters and ensuring consistently strong outcomes that drive retention and long-term partnerships.
Serve as the voice of the customer: Advocate for a truly differentiated experience by feeding insight across the business and influence when needed to drive the best possible outcomes.
Shape how delivery evolves: Lead strategic projects that influence how Paraform shows up for customers as we scale, partnering closely with sales, supply, product, and engineering
This role is well-suited for high-performers with ~2–5 years of experience who have spent significant time working with senior leaders- in consulting, high-growth startups, or similarly demanding, ambiguous environments- and who are ready to own real outcomes in a fast-moving marketplace.
