We are looking for a dynamic Strategy & Execution Manager to drive our expansion and transformation in our headquarters in Stuttgart. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder, Founders Associate, and various teams to independently plan and manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely, high-quality implementation. You will support process optimization, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and prepare insightful reports and presentations to steer strategic initiatives. Strategic Project Delivery
Independently lead initiatives from conception to implementation. You will own the full project, managing timelines, resources, and risks ensuring goals translate into tangible results.
Process Optimization & Efficiency
Analyze workflows across the organization to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions. You will act as an internal consultant, helping departments operationalize their goals and reduce administrative friction.
Cross-Functional
Bridge the gap between teams to ensure seamless information flow and collaboration. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain alignment in different projects.
Insights & Reporting
Translate complex data into actionable insights. You will prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards to support decision-making.
