Role

We are looking for a Strategy & Ops Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decision making, transforming raw data into clear, actionable business insights, and continuously pushing themselves and the team toward the next challenge.

  • Develop dashboards and reports to drive company-wide understanding of monetization performance, official accounts activity, and key business KPIs

  • Analyze monetization performance across advertising, brand partnerships, and official accounts to support strategic and operational decisions

  • Build and maintain scalable data models and pipelines aligned with evolving monetization and business needs

  • Analyze large, complex datasets representing the behavior of millions of users, creators, and brands to answer strategic and operational business questions

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Supporting the Strategy & Operations function, this role works closely with the COO to analyze official accounts, monetization programs, and advertising initiatives, and to deliver data-backed strategic recommendations.

Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience in analytical roles

  • You are proficient in at least one of the following: SQL, Python, or Excel

  • You have experience working with large-scale datasets and designing or analyzing A/B tests to evaluate business and monetization initiatives

  • You have practical experience with Tableau or a visualisation tool, and can create dashboards that are shared company-wide, facilitating data-driven decision-making across departments

  • You enjoy being in contact with stakeholders and helping them achieve their business goals

  • A Master's degree in a top engineering or business school, in statistics, Math, Engineering, Economy, or other quantitative fields is mandatory for this role

  • Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and modeling is a strong plus
