Double the Donation is launching our Summer Start Class — an exciting opportunity to join our growing team! We’re hiring 10–15 individuals into full-time roles through a 60-day, full-time, paid training program designed to build core skills in Sales and Client Success.
This role provides a comprehensive, paid training experience to set you up for success, along with a clear and structured transition into a full-time position upon completion.
Participants who successfully complete the program will move directly into full-time roles in Sales or Client Success/Implementation, equipped with the hands-on experience and mentorship needed to thrive from day one.
Participate in an intensive 60-day training program that covers various business functions, including Sales, Client Success, and workplace giving.
Work directly with clients, helping them maximize the benefits of our tools and solutions.
Assist in onboarding clients, resolving issues, and ensuring they are set up for success.
Learn and contribute to the overall sales and client success strategy of the company.
Duration: 60 Days (Full-Time)
Compensation: Paid (70% of full-time employee salary)
Full-Time Employment Opportunity: Guaranteed transition into full-time roles in Sales or Client Success after the program
Work Schedule: Full-time remote
During training, compensation will be 70% of the full-time employee salary.
Salary during the training period is approximately 70,000 pesos per month.
Full-time salary after training is approximately 100,000+ pesos per month.
This is a work-from-home setup.
You would work during US EST Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST)
Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
Enthusiastic individuals with an interest in Sales, Client Success, and/or the nonprofit sector
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Strong academic background who graduated with an outstanding General Weighted Average
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Motivated and eager to learn new skills and contribute to client success
A team player who has a willingness to learn and grow at a fast-pace
We currently have 100 team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!

Paid vacation time
20 days accrued annually
These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.
Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.
Paid sick time
5 sick days off annually
Paid life leave*
15 days accrued annually.
Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days your cash out is worth about $300.
*Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
