This role will report into the Senior Manager of Logistics Operations and work with cross-functional partners to manage purchase order flow, freight execution, 3PL coordination, SKU management, and issue resolution—helping ensure product moves efficiently from suppliers to warehouses and ultimately to customers and partners, even during peak periods and key launches.
What You’ll Do:

Coordinate inbound freight bookings and track shipments through delivery, resolving delays, shortages, damages, or missing paperwork
Execute and track outbound shipments, including 3PL coordination, replacements, and issue resolution
Partnering with warehouse teams to ensure timely execution, especially during peak periods, launches, and high-volume seasons
Own SKU setup and ongoing maintenance in NetSuite, ensuring item data accuracy across supply chain–critical fields
Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reporting on PO health, inbound/outbound performance, transit times, and service levels
Support cross-functional handoffs and process improvements across Sourcing, Planning, CX, Logistics, and warehouse partners
Manage ad hoc, rush, or exception-based shipments as needed
Who You Are:
Highly organized and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple inbound and outbound shipments, POs, and SKUs simultaneously
Comfortable working with large data sets and maintaining accuracy across detailed trackers and reports
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data hygiene, system accuracy, and follow-through
Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt as supply chain timelines shift
Proactive in identifying and escalating risks related to timing, quantities, or system data integrity
Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and warehouse partners
Clear, concise communicator who is comfortable asking questions, documenting issues, and escalating when needed
Need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sourcing, production, or operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis)
Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, and distribution centers or 3PLs
Hands-on NetSuite experience (required), including SKU/item management and supply chain–related workflows
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, scaling supply chain environment
Nice to have:
