About This Role
As a Customer Support Team Member at Barkbus, you’ll be on the front lines of our mission to delight pets and their people. You’ll deliver exceptional service through every channel: phone, SMS, and email. You’ll be the friendly, calm, and resourceful voice that makes everything run smoothly—from booking the perfect appointment to helping a Pet Stylist in the field. Your work supports both our clients and our incredible grooming teams, ensuring every interaction reflects Barkbus’s high standard of care and responsiveness.
What You’ll Do
Answer Inbound Calls & SMS: Respond to pet parents with warmth, empathy, and efficiency—helping with appointment questions, rescheduling, and urgent needs.
Vet and Confirm Online Bookings: Review, verify, and finalize online appointment requests, ensuring every detail meets Barkbus’ standards for pet safety and client experience.
Support Rescheduling: Work closely with clients to accommodate changing schedules, finding solutions that deliver joy and minimize hassle for everyone involved.
Respond to Email Inquiries: Provide timely, clear, and accurate responses to general questions and support requests via our info@ inbox.
Assist Pet Stylists via SMS: Be the dependable point of contact for our on-the-road grooming pros, providing real-time support and problem-solving to keep their day running smoothly.
Operate with Accuracy: Diligently document every interaction in our systems to ensure seamless service, follow-up, and team coordination.
