The Talent Acquisition Advisor will support the indirect recruitment team in delivering high volume recruitment across Grade 1 & 2 roles within the Culina Group. Working closely with hiring managers, operational teams and Talent Acquisition Partners, the role ensures staffing needs are met efficiently and aligned with best practice.
You will own the full end to end recruitment process, from attraction and sourcing to selection, offers and onboarding, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. They will work with stakeholders to understand resourcing needs, provide guidance on selection methods and maintain timely, compliant recruitment activity.
You will also help execute strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent aligned to the organisation’s culture and values, building strong pipelines for repeat and hard to fill roles to meet ongoing business demand.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract
Key Responsibilities
Volume Recruitment Delivery – Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple vacancies simultaneously for mixture of Grade 1 & 2 roles across multiple sites. Managing end-to-end recruitment process from attraction through to onboarding, including supporting and advising hiring managers on best practice through screening and selection process.
Candidate Management – Act as main point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment process, managing communications and updates efficiently to maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
Talent Pipelining / Sourcing - Support with talent sourcing activities and proactively source candidates through innovative sourcing strategies to attract high volumes of candidates quickly. Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for repeat and hard-to-fill roles.
Stakeholder Management – Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to stakeholders, providing expert advice on recruitment practice, market trends and best practice to continuously drive and improve candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
Compliance & Reporting – Ensure that roles are maintained and correctly reported in ATS system. Support in ensuring candidates are progressed quickly through the recruitment workflow to ensure accurate KPI and date recording
