As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Daos Hub, you’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a strategic business partner. Your mission is to identify high-impact talent that shapes our future. From rare profiles to creative leads, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and craft recruitment strategies that fuel growth. You’ll lead the hiring process end-to-end, bring market insight into every conversation, and help define the DNA of Daos Hub’s team.

Deep-dive into our team structure, hiring needs, and recruitment pipeline. Build relationships with hiring managers and audit current processes.

Take ownership of active roles, from brief to close. Begin advising managers on hiring strategy, market trends, and candidate evaluation.

Lead strategic searches, and support hiring needs across functions. Start building scalable talent acquisition practices.

Successfully close 5–8 roles within the first 90 days, depending on profile complexity and business priority.
