- Provide an amazing Candidate Experience to every single person who applies to one of our jobs. This one’s important. We won a CandE and we’re not micro-managers, but you’ll be measured on how well candidates are treated.
- Full life-cycle Recruiting – You’ll source, screen, and submit amazing people to our Hiring Managers.
- Adhere to our applicant flow process within our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS). This one’s important too. When all of our Recruiting team is playing by the same rules, collaboration ensues… and we like collaboration.
- Be a consultant, advocate, and support to our diverse and geographically dispersed Hiring Managers.
- Be strategically minded. Always tell us how we can do something better. Bring ideas to the table and then execute on those ideas.
- Everything else: University and career events, resume formatting, offer letters, social media, reporting (excel and ATS), salary negotiation, headhunting, passive sourcing, recruiting data/metrics, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' of recruiting experience.
- Experience as a Recruiter in full life-cycle environment.
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is highly preferred.
