We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our IT hiring function. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technology roles while working closely with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT recruitment, and the ability to manage multiple client requirements in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a critical role in building high-quality tech teams by identifying, engaging, and closing top talent across various technical domains.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from requirement understanding and sourcing to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
  • Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, timelines, and hiring priorities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, regular updates, and strong relationship management
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking channels
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle to reduce drop-offs
  • Handle offer negotiations, manage candidate expectations, and ensure successful closures
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics
  • Stay updated on IT market trends, in-demand technologies, and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with candidates, clients, and internal teams
  • Client Management: Proven ability to manage multiple clients, understand business needs, and deliver results within defined timelines
  • IT Recruitment Expertise: Strong experience hiring for IT roles such as software developers, QA, DevOps, data, cloud, and emerging tech roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Good organizational and time-management skills

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment
  • Experience working with staffing firms, recruitment consultancies, or in-house TA teams is preferred
  • Hands-on experience using ATS tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
