UK's leading translation and interpretation company TRANSLATION EMPIRE is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter responsible for effectively managing and completing the entire recruitment cycle to hire individuals for various roles within our organization
Key Responsibilities
Ø Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
o Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding coordination.
o Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.
o Ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
o Conduct initial screening interviews, coordinate interviews with department heads, and ensure timely feedback and hiring decisions.
Ø Hiring Coordination & Stakeholder Management
o Work closely with internal departments to understand workforce requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.
o Assist in creating and updating job descriptions, training and onboarding plans, and KPIs based on business and departmental needs.
o Provide regular recruitment progress reports to management, including hiring status, pipeline strength, and challenges.
Ø Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
o Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
o Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience, including follow-ups, feedback coordination, and onboarding guidance.
o Support recruitment marketing initiatives by assisting the social media team, sharing campaign ideas, and ensuring consistent employer branding through effective messaging and outreach.
Ø Hiring & Recruitment Campaigns
o Lead recruitment drives for Non-CSR and operational roles.
o Coordinate walk-in interviews, hiring events, and large-scale recruitment campaigns.
o Maintain efficiency in hiring while ensuring quality selection standards are met.
Ø Documentation & Compliance
o Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, interview notes, and hiring documentation.
o Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and confidentiality standards.
o Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate conversion ratios.
Ø Continuous Improvement
o Recommend process improvements to enhance sourcing effectiveness and recruitment efficiency.
o Stay updated on market hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor recruitment practices.
o Support HR initiatives related to workforce planning and employee retention where required.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition especially in Non-Tech roles related to Bid management, Finance, Social media, project management, floor managers etc.
Skills & Competencies
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
o Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
o Excellent coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
o Strong screening and interviewing skills with sound judgment.
o Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms (Rozee.pk, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook hiring groups, etc.).
o Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
o Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Attributes
o Knowledge of recruitment funnels and hiring KPIs.
