Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our team in Athens and drive the Group’s efforts in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. This role combines hands-on recruitment expertise with creative employer branding initiatives in line with our values and culture to ensure we remain an employer of choice in the healthcare sector. The role reports to the Group's HR Director.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, ensuring timely and quality hires
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
• Manage sourcing strategies through job boards and networking
• Oversee and enhance candidate experience and maintain strong employer reputation throughout the hiring process
• Foster long-term relationships with new and past applicants to sustain talent pipelines for future needs
• Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, sourcing channels) and implement improvements

Employer Branding

• Develop and execute employer branding strategy aligned with the Group’s EVP, values, purpose and culture
• Manage internal communication and presence on career platforms to attract top talent
• Organize and participate in career fairs, university partnerships, and networking events
• Develop/Propose engaging content (posts, campaigns) showcasing company culture in close cooperation with Marketing

Process Optimization

• Implement best practices and innovative tools for recruitment and branding
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during hiring processes

Data & Reporting

• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, employer branding effectiveness and exit interview insights
• Analyze market trends and competitor practices to maintain competitive positioning

Team Leadership

• Supervise and lead internal team of Talent Acquisition specialists
• Foster collaboration with HR and L&D teams for integrated talent strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including exposure to employer branding, with a proven track record of taking on roles of increasing responsibility
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, experience with ATS, social media, job boards and employer branding strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record in high-volume recruiting
• Prior experience in healthcare will be considered a strong asset
