Responsibilities:
Supervises a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators from training, job postings, and candidate questions.
Streamline candidate screening and interview scheduling.
Tracks status of candidates and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
Post all new openings on all platforms and remove any filled positions.
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Maintains allocated job boards including LinkedIn, Smart Recruiter, Volunteermatch, and Handshake.
Act as a resource to candidates by responding to questions throughout the hiring process.
Research new potential job boards and recruiting tactics to expand reach.
Prepares correspondence as requested.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Attend monthly full staff, and department meetings (if applicable).
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Must be available to volunteer 8-10+ hours a week.
Familiarity with recruiting platforms and job boards is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage global candidates.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Past supervisory experience is preferred.
Working understanding human resource principles, practices and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
