As a Recruitment Associate, you will own the full end to end hiring process across all roles in the company. From sourcing and screening to interviewing, administering assessments, extending offers, and negotiating, you will play a key role in building Hive’s team.
You will work closely with hiring managers, the management team, and external agencies to align on hiring needs, define role requirements, and drive efficient, high quality hiring decisions. This is a hybrid role with onsite work in Ortigas once a week.
Own the full recruitment cycle across all openings in the company
Partner closely with hiring managers, leadership team, and external agencies to align on role scope, candidate profile, and hiring timelines
Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and other channels
Screen applications and conduct structured interviews
Administer assessments and conduct reference checks
Extend offers and lead compensation discussions and negotiations
Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database
Track and analyze recruitment metrics and hiring performance
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong internship or relevant experience are welcome to apply
Experience handling end to end recruitment is a strong advantage
Comfortable partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Familiar with different interview formats, assessments, and reference checks
Experience using ATS and building recruitment trackers or databases
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Startup experience is highly preferred
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas once a week
