Position Overview
The Talent Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the company’s growth by identifying, attracting, and qualifying high-performing candidates and owning early-stage pipeline management for franchise studios. As the first impression of the brand for prospective candidates, this role requires strong screening judgment, structured process management, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing, multi-market environment.
The Talent Operations Specialist also supports the day-to-day execution of hiring, onboarding, and core HR operations for the franchisor. This role is instrumental in delivering a seamless and organized experience for candidates, employees, and hiring managers by owning the systems, workflows, and administrative processes that keep talent and people operations running efficiently, while collaborating cross-functionally to support hiring efforts, onboarding coordination, and the broader employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Director of L&D, this role collaborates closely with the Franchise Operations and Product & Talent departments. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, systems-minded, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over their work. They thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy improving processes, and are comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders. This person takes pride in creating a thoughtful, efficient, and well-organized experience for candidates, employees, and franchise partners alike.
Franchise Talent Pipeline Development
Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates for specific roles for new and existing JETSET studios
Source Candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, industry networks, and direct outreach
Assist franchise owners in managing job postings and organizing candidate pipelines while ensuring franchise owners maintain full control over hiring decisions.
Conduct initial candidate screenings for franchise studio roles, ensuring alignment with role requirements, compensation expectations, and overall readiness prior to submission to Owners
Maintain geographic Talent pools aligned with expansion markets
Provide weekly recruiting reports and pipeline updates
Provide structured written candidate summaries prior to submission to franchise owners.
Maintain sufficient candidate pipeline volume to support active studio openings and hiring timelines across all markets.
Ensure all submitted candidates meet defined qualification standards, including completed screening, compensation alignment, and confirmed availability.
Hiring & Onboarding Support
Own the administration and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including maintaining templates, configuring candidate pipeline stages, refining the candidate journey, and continuously improving how the platform is used across the hiring process.
Manage ATS records and ensure internal candidate data is accurate and up to date.
Assist hiring managers with job posting and interview logistics, including coordination of interview panels.
Prepare and send offer letters and employment documentation.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks.
Maintain up-to-date hiring dashboard metrics.
Assist with onboarding logistics including documentation, system setup, and orientation program coordination.
HR Services & People Operations
Provide guidance to employees on basic HR and company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Director of L&D on the administration and optimization of the payroll platform, including maintaining system configurations, managing employee data, and continuously improving how the platform is utilized for payroll, employee records, and HR operations.
Coordinate offboarding activities including documentation and system access removal.
Process employment paperwork including contracts, policy acknowledgments, and employment changes.
Track and maintain HR compliance documentation and required employee records.
Assist with benefits administration tasks such as enrollment support and employee inquiries.
Maintain HR dashboards, prepare reports and workforce data summaries
Support internal audits and HR compliance initiatives
Help maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials
Assist the Director of L&D and Operations Manager in coordinating internal HR programs such as training, engagement or recognition initiatives, and company events.
Assist with employee surveys and feedback programs
Identify opportunities to streamline HR administrative processes.

Accurate and complete ATS documentation, with all candidate activity and screening summaries properly recorded
Strong retention of screened candidates, particularly in General Manager roles
Timely delivery of candidate pipelines aligned with studio opening timelines and hiring needs
Structured & Organized – Skilled at juggling multiple systems, timelines, and logistical details at once
Proactive Communicator – Ensures employees, candidates, franchise owners and stakeholders have clear information ahead of need
Collaborative – Partners effectively with HQ leaders to drive success following a “right people, in the right seats, at the right time” mindset
Decisive & Resourceful – Able to assess processes and candidates quickly, identify potential risks, and execute effective solutions
Scalable Thinking – Builds systems and SOPs that can be replicated as we scale
Startup Experience (Desired) – While not required, experience in a startup environment would be beneficial due to the dynamic nature of scaling operations and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
2+ years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment/pipeline management experience. Franchise industry strongly preferred.
Strong proficiency in ATS and payroll systems. Specific experience with Lever and ADP preferred, but not required.
Experience creating and managing talent pipelines
Exceptional project management and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment
This is a hybrid-remote role with periodic on-site travel to Headquarters in Miami, FL required for internal meetings, collaboration, and conferences.
