This leadership role involves overseeing complex tax engagements, managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and contributing to strategic tax planning across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities
Review and approve complex tax returns and auditsEnsure compliance with federal and state tax lawsLead tax research and planning initiativesServe as a technical resource for staff and clientsSupervise and mentor tax team membersCollaborate with audit teams on large client engagements
Requirements
CPA license requiredBachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred)8+ years in public accounting with increasing responsibilityExperience representing clients before tax authoritiesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH ProSystem fx) preferred
