As Team Lead Inside Sales, you lead a team of six international colleagues in Roosendaal. Your focus is on coaching and developing the team, with the goal of structurally increasing the quotation to order conversion rate .

Coach and develop a high-performing Inside Sales team
Drive sales results, margins, and KPIs
Monitor pricing and margins and steer where needed
Support key accounts and ensure excellent customer service
You travel within 30 minutes to Roosendaal.
5+ years of sales experience.
2+ years as a Team Lead or manager.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent English (C1) + one other language.
First interview.

A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and an assessment may be part of the selection process.
