Join our team as a Tech Specialist and become the frontline of customer experience for a fast-growing logistics and freight technology company.
In this role, you’ll support customers across multiple channels, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
What You’ll Do
Provide bilingual support via email, chat, and phone
Handle a high volume of customer inquiries across multiple systems
Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues with attention to detail
Triage bugs and escalate issues to internal teams when needed
Create clear and detailed internal tickets with relevant context
Help customers navigate and understand logistics or SaaS platforms
Maintain and improve knowledge base articles and documentation
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Core Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
At least 6 months in Tech Support or similar position
Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to manage high ticket volumes and prioritize tasks
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and ownership mindset
