As a global leader in infrared sauna therapy, we are rapidly expanding and seeing a strategic Technical Business Analyst to support our enterprise systems, digital platforms, and AI initiatives. This role acts at the intersection of business operations and technology to ensure system improvements and automation efforts work to solve real business problems and deliver measurable results.
As our Technical Business Analyst, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and other key stakeholders to understand how work is performed today, document workflows, define clear business requirements, and ensure delivered solutions meet those requirements. Development and AI teams will design and build solutions. This role is accountable for ensuring business needs are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and validated before and after delivery.
