Technical Lead (Solution Architect)

Overview of the Role

The Technical Lead (Solution Design & Deployment) is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives. This role ensures the seamless deployment of technical solutions, driving efficiency, scalability, and reliability. The Technical Lead acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, guiding solution architecture and deployment strategies to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Main duties include:

• Lead the architectural design of complex technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. 
• Drive technical planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines in coordination with project managers. 
• Develop and execute robust deployment plans, including testing, release management, and post-deployment support. 
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans. 
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation to uphold high standards. 
• Coach and guide team members on solution design principles, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. 
• Identify opportunities for process automation, performance optimization, and technology upgrades. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• With at least 5-7 years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership with a track record in enterprise technology solutions.
• Proficient in solution architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Expertise in integration technologies, APIs, and middleware.
• Familiar with security standards and compliance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical delivery across projects.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, focusing on innovative solutions.
