We're seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Program Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle management of our distributed GPU infrastructure assets, optimizing utilization, managing procurement and deployment, and maximizing ROI across our global hardware fleet.
Develop and implement asset management strategies for GPU servers, networking equipment, and data center infrastructure across global locations
Oversee complete asset lifecycle from procurement through deployment, maintenance, RMA, and decommissioning
Establish asset inventory systems, tracking processes, and predictive models for hardware refresh cycles
Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize asset utilization and reduce total cost of ownership
Manage asset depreciation, financial modeling, and business cases for hardware investments
Negotiate contracts with vendors and establish SLAs for deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life processing
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and end-to-end logistics (receiving, inspection, kitting, shipping, customs, international freight)
Coordinate with 3PL providers and optimize shipping costs, transit times, and inventory accuracy
Establish comprehensive RMA processes for defective hardware, coordinate warranty claims, and manage repair depot operations
Track failure rates, MTTR, and turnaround times to inform procurement and vendor decisions
Develop secure decommissioning and data sanitization processes compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and security policies
Coordinate physical destruction of storage devices, maintain certificates of destruction, and manage e-waste recycling partnerships
Implement secure disposal and recycling programs for end-of-life equipment in accordance with environmental regulations (WEEE, RoHS)
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain comprehensive asset documentation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in asset management, supply chain, or operations management in technology or data center environments
3+ years in program/project management with cross-functional leadership experience
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, particularly GPU compute, servers, and networking equipment
Experience with asset management software and ERP platforms
Proven track record of process improvements and operational efficiency
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and vendor negotiation skills
Experience in cloud computing, AI/ML infrastructure, or distributed computing environments
Knowledge of GPU architectures and high-performance computing hardware
Certification in asset management (CAMP, CPAM) or project management (PMP)
Proficiency with asset management tools (ServiceNow, IBM Maximo, or similar)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analysis
Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

The base salary range for this position is $150,000- $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
