You will lead the charge in scaling a high-bar engineering and trading engine, sourcing world-class talent from elite technical organizations and hedge funds. This role combines strategic talent mapping with full-cycle execution, requiring a deep understanding of niche technical skill sets and the ability to navigate competitive markets to secure top-tier talent.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from elite technical and trading organizations

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial screening and technical assessment to final offer negotiation

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to refine search strategies, share pipeline insights, and maintain a high talent bar

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on backend engineering in high-performance environments

  • Proven track record of closing candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets from trading firms or top-tier tech companies

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and maintain an excellent candidate experience
