We are looking for a Middle Technical Support Engineer to join our DevOps team. In this role, you will work closely with DevOps engineers and help ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of our infrastructure.
Technical Support Engineers operate within the same technology stack as our DevOps team while focusing on infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and initial problem diagnosis. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their expertise in modern infrastructure technologies and grow toward DevOps engineering.
You will play an important role in maintaining system reliability by responding to alerts, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving monitoring and operational processes.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor infrastructure and respond to system alerts.Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of infrastructure issues.Work independently or collaborate with the on-duty DevOps engineer to resolve incidents.Create and improve monitoring rules and alerting systems.Perform basic DevOps tasks to support infrastructure reliability.Maintain documentation for incidents, processes, and monitoring improvements.Contribute to operational stability and continuous infrastructure improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience with: Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Monitoring tools, Version control systemsExperience in a similar role is a plus.B1-B2 English level.Fluent Ukrainian/Russian.Interest in learning and developing skills in Linux, AWS, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Standard work week follows typical hour schedule with defined start and end times
On-call duty week involves 24/7 coverage with specific structure: regular working hours (approximately 9 AM to 6 PM) plus on-call phone availability during non-working hours
During on-call week, engineers must be prepared to respond to incidents (MTTA <90sec) within 5 minutes maximum and should remain near a computer.
Incident frequency during on-call week varies significantly: can range from 1-2 calls to 3-4 calls per week, with some weeks having no calls and others having calls nearly every day
On-call duty is not compensated as overtime, but engineers receive one additional day off after the on-call week.
