Based in Rome, you will work closely with our local and global teams to ensure our films resonate with Italian audiences. This role requires a blend of creative flair and operational precision - someone who can brainstorm a unique local activation one moment and manage technical asset delivery the next.
We work hybrid-remote where we require 3 office days in Rome. Our core days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, with the flexibility to use our offices on the remaining two days if you wish.
Support the Marketing team on all theatrical campaigns in Italy.
Oversee the localisation of global creative assets to ensure they speak authentically to the Italian market.

Manage the delivery of assets to media partners, tracking deadlines with precision and supporting outreach to local partners to broaden our reach.
Ad-hoc talent and event support for releases, in collaboration with the Communications team.
Prepare insightful presentation decks for campaign wrap-ups, helping the team understand what resonated with the Italian audience.
A genuine passion for film - from classics to new releases.
You’re interested in the mechanics of theatrical distribution and how to find the right audience for the right film.
You are a natural project manager who thrives on organization with strong attention to detail.
You are a strong Italian copywriter who can capture the specific MUBI voice.
2–3 years of experience in film marketing or a related creative industry, ideally with exposure to the Italian theatrical or exhibition landscape.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is a significant advantage.
We want to make cinema accessible to everyone. We believe people from different backgrounds bring different ideas that foster innovation and engagement, allowing us to attract great people to develop the best experience for our users.
