In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and support a multidisciplinary team of licensed providers, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to the development of a growing clinical team and care center.
If you’re passionate about delivering evidence-based mental health care for kids, teens, and families—and are interested in a leadership role that supports other clinicians in doing the same—we’d love to hear from you.

Quality & Fidelity: Oversight of documentation, care quality, caseload management, and reviewing recorded sessions to ensure fidelity to EBP delivery.
Group Leadership: Leading or supporting consultation groups around specific intervention topic areas and differential diagnostics.
Professional Development: Supporting providers with career growth, performance management, and navigating complex clinical presentations.
Scalability: As the team grows, management time scales at approximately 2 hours per additional direct report, with a corresponding adjustment in clinical load.
Clinical Care (~80% of time) Maintain an active clinical caseload (balanced with managerial time; approximately 24 bookable hours per week under the starting model described above), delivering high-level evidence-based care to children and teens (up to age 18), including:
Comprehensive Evaluations: Diagnostic evaluations and potentially contributing to psychological testing workflows (executive functioning, autism, etc.).
Direct Intervention: Ongoing therapy using evidence-based interventions and measurement-based care best practices.
Collaborative Care: Working within multidisciplinary teams, engaging in peer consultation, and participating in community outreach.
Experience: 8 years of professional experience
Education: Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist in the state of New York.
Leadership Experience: Experience managing a team of licensed providers or supervising pre-licensed clinicians with a clear people leadership philosophy.

Operational Needs:
Experience providing care both in-person (White Plains) and virtually.
Availability to support assigned team during their working hours
Commitment: Strong knowledge of current clinical research and a deep commitment to ethical standards and empirical advancements. Commitment to continued learning and alignment with the Brightline standard of care.
