Your responsibilities
- Build-up and manage transformation programs, according to the company's strategy,
- Plan and follow up the activities, motivate and inspire team to successfully complete tasks,
- Build strong relationships, achieve buy-in of key stakeholders and influence others,
- Risk management: identify and coordinate the issues to be solved and decisions to be taken,
- Ensure all deliverables are delivered and projects are finished on time and on budget,
- Define and perform all required Change Management activities resulting from projects,
- Report at different levels (tactical, operational, board of directors) with timely and effective communication on opportunities, wins, financial impacts, KPIs, and concerns,
- Manage successful handoffs to business owners and project closing,
- Partner with IT and business leadership to define new opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in project management in strategic organizational transformation contexts in international companies and/or consultancy companies,
- Excellent-proven-ability of project management (Waterfall, Agile Project Management tools),
- Strong communication skills,
- Solid process management skills (Lean Management),
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (planning, risk monitoring, etc.),
- Ability to anticipate risks, and manage mitigation them with key stakeholders,
- Excellent level of English required; third language preferred,
- Strong leadership capacity, Authenticity, collaboration and open communication,
- Excellent ability to facilitate project meetings, negotiate with business or technical players,
- Ability to make decisions without total visibility, ability to adapt to frequent changes and contingencies, management of time pressure priorities,
- Ability to set clear goals, priorities and standards, strong orientation to results, eager for achievements,
- Excellent abilities to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization,
- Experience in Financial Sectors will be an advantage.
