Our recruitment process
1. An initial meeting with Laure, our Chief People Officer, to get to know each other and tell you a little more about Ahead Digital and the main aspects of your future role (45/60 minutes);
2. A more ‘technical’ interview with one of our lead techs to discuss your experience and the position (45-60 minutes).
3. A final meeting with one or two ‘client’ employees (45-60 minutes) to ensure that the challenges ahead are right for you and that you are a good fit!
