- Improve usability, clarity, and visual consistency across products
- Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) in both UX and UI decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers during delivery
- Prepare developer-ready designs, including states, edge cases, and responsive behavior
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
- Examine implemented features and provide QA review
What we expect:
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience working on complex digital products
- Strong experience designing web-based interfaces (landing pages, dashboards, forms, multi-step flows, websites)
- Experience working in constraint-heavy or regulated environments (preferably fintech or banking)
- Practical knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned features
- Clear and structured communication skills in Lithuanian and English
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech, banking, EMI, or payments
- Familiarity with Webflow, Wix, or similar no-code web tools
- Exposure to mobile app UX/UI

What will you get:
- A starting salary of €3,500–€5,000 gross (negotiable based on experience)
- Hybrid work model between the Vilnius office and remote work
- Encouragement and budget to support your learning and professional growth
- Workations, health challenges, and other team well-being initiatives
