About the Role
You’re a strategic and creative product leader with deep expertise across the full creation journey — translating ideas into reality from fiber to yarn to fabric to garment, and from trend research and concepting through design, materials, development, and merchandising. You’re energized by experimentation and craft: testing new fibers and blends, refining fabric hand-feel and performance, and obsessing over fit, function, and finish until it’s unmistakably Huha. You thrive at the intersection of creativity and technical rigor, leading cross-functional teams to bring market-leading products to life that customers love and come back for.
As Huha’s VP of Product, you’ll lead the full Product function — encompassing Product Design, Raw Materials, and Product Development — while partnering closely with the Founder/CEO to bring the company’s vision and material innovation to life. Working hand-in-hand with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, you’ll turn bold concepts into repeatable product realities: building a strong innovation pipeline, steering focused, high-impact drops, and raising the bar on comfort, performance, and quality at every stage of the development cycle.

What You Bring to the Table
8–12+ years’ experience in apparel product development, ideally in intimates, lingerie, or performance wear with a strong record in innovation, textile development, or fiber scienceProven leadership experience managing and mentoring product teamsStrong understanding of apparel design, development, and production processesExpertise in fiber, yarn, and fabric innovation, including sustainability and testing standardsExperience integrating brand and product strategy, including naming, storytelling, and trademark developmentFamiliarity with compliance, product testing, and sustainability certifications (e.g., OEKO-TEX, WRAP, etc)Strong collaboration skills across departments, particularly Marketing, Supply Chain, and FinanceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environmentExceptional organizational, communication, and project management skillsPassion for wellness, sustainability, and empowering people to feel comfortable in their own skinDon’t sweat it if you don’t have everything listed above. Location & Working Hours
This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver, Canada, and will require travel to our office. At this time, we are only considering candidates based in the Vancouver area for this role. Total Rewards
