Hi, I’m Laura Brown, Vice President, and I’m leading recruitment for a new Senior Account Manager role here at Craft. I’ve been with the company for nearly two years and can attest that we’ve got a passionate group of humans on the team doing incredible work for our clients.

At Craft, the Senior Account Manager position falls between the Account Manager and Director. The role expects that you’ll manage accounts, including providing strategic oversight and leading hands-on execution, under the guidance of a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
