About the Role A Los Angeles–based Stylist and Creative Director is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and social media support across multiple creative projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys bringing structure and consistency to a creative business. You’ll manage administrative tasks, client communication, scheduling, and basic social media posting — helping the stylist stay organized while ensuring brand visibility and client engagement remain on track. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Project Coordination ● Manage inboxes and respond to client inquiries, collaboration requests, and general messages in a timely and professional manner. ● Schedule appointments, fittings, photoshoots, and other client or project-related events. ● Maintain calendars and timelines across multiple ongoing projects. ● Organize files, receipts, contracts, and project documentation. ● Support with research, supplier communication, and booking logistics as needed. Social Media & Online Presence ● Oversee social media posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). ● Upload and publish pre-created content according to the social media calendar. ● Monitor DMs and comments, engage with followers, and escalate important messages to the client. ● Track engagement, reach, and performance data to provide simple weekly summaries. ● Support with content organization and maintaining folders for future posts. Brand & Creative Support ● Ensure brand tone and visuals are consistent across communications and social posts. ● Collaborate with the stylist to maintain project and campaign tracking documents. ● Occasionally assist with digital assets — such as mood boards, lookbooks, or client presentation decks (using Canva or Google Slides).
