Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to work directly with the Head of Revenue Operations and support day-to-day operational requests.
This role is focused on execution, documentation, and operational support. You will assist with writing SOPs, documenting processes, organizing information, and completing tasks as directed.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while following clear direction.
Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Assist the Head of RevOps with day-to-day operational tasks and requests
- Support ongoing projects and internal operational needs
- Conduct research and organize information as needed
- Assist with administrative and operational coordination
SOP & Documentation Support
- Write and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on instructions and recorded processes
- Document workflows, processes, and internal procedures
- Ensure documentation is clear, organized, and easy to follow
- Maintain and update existing documentation as processes evolve
Organization & Process Documentation
- Organize internal documentation in Notion and Google Workspace
- Maintain structured documentation libraries and internal resources
- Ensure documents and operational resources are kept up to date and easy to access
