The VA will support the sales function, manage post-call follow-ups, handle light billing admin, and execute systematic workflows outlined in Notion.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by handling follow-ups after prospect callsMonitor call logs and execute pre/post-call workflows based on SOPsSchedule meetings and send follow-up emails based on lead engagementMaintain and update CRM entries and prospect documentation in HubSpotHandle simple billing follow-ups (e.g., expired credit cards, account updates)Execute checklist-based tasks stored in Notion and internal knowledge baseOccasionally appear on Zoom calls as a supporting team member for optics (if preferred)
