We’re looking for a Web Designer to own the visual design of our marketing website and help evolve how our brand shows up across digital touchpoints.
This is a brand-led, visual design role focused on creating high-quality, conversion-oriented web experiences. You’ll design landing pages, campaign experiences, and core website pages that are both visually compelling and effective in driving engagement and conversion.
You’ll work closely with demand generation, content, and development teams to bring campaigns to life and continuously improve the website through design and iteration.

Responsibilities
Website design & optimization
Design visually compelling, on-brand, and conversion-oriented web pages for marketing campaigns and core site experiences
Translate campaign goals and content into clear, effective layouts and high-fidelity designs
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
Partner with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
Use performance insights and feedback to iterate and improve page effectiveness
Design systems & consistency
Contribute to and evolve the website design system and component library in Figma
Ensure consistency and scalability across all web experiences
Maintain a high standard of visual quality across the website
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with demand generation, content, and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives
Help translate marketing objectives into effective digital experiences
Occasionally support broader digital marketing needs (e.g., campaign visuals or email assets) in collaboration with the brand team
Requirements
Professional proficiency in English
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual web design
Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and hierarchy
Solid understanding of web usability, responsive design, and accessibility principles
Experience designing marketing websites, landing pages, or campaign-driven web content
Experience working with design systems or component libraries
Proficiency in Figma
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to varying levels of complexity
Nice to have:
Experience working closely with performance marketing or demand generation teams
Familiarity with A/B testing or conversion optimization principles
Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS)
