Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a crew on residential window and door installation projects
* Complete installations to company standards with a focus on quality and efficiency
* Operate a brake for aluminum trim and finishing work
* Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
* Communicate professionally with homeowners to deliver a positive customer experience
* Monitor material usage and minimize waste
* Train and support junior installers as needed

Qualifications
* 1–2+ years of experience in window and door installation
* Experience using a metal brake (required)
* Strong understanding of residential construction practices
* Proven ability to lead a crew or take initiative on job sites
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
