The Brand Growth & Performance department brings together passionate creatives, storytellers, and digital product experts dedicated to building and maintaining our media publishing brands. From producing high-quality editorial content to running top-tier YouTube channels covering breaking tech news, original research, and in-depth analysis, this team thrives on making an impact. They are committed to delivering valuable, high-quality information to a global audience, ensuring every piece of content informs, engages, and inspires.
You would be joining YouTube Performance Team which plays a vital role in the department's overall strategy, specializing in data-driven growth on YouTube. At the moment, we manage 17 channels (global and localized) focused on product reviews in high-revenue areas like cybersecurity, digital security, tech gadgets, and AI. Our team’s dedication to analyzing sales data and identifying emerging trends allows us to proactively explore new product opportunities and maximize revenue generation through consistent, high-volume content production.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Research new topics, including AI tools and tech gadgets, offer new angles for video briefsMonitor performance metrics and make data-driven strategic decisions to scale the projectStay up to date with the newest YouTube trends and implement themEnsure a smooth flow of the video production processEstablish and maintain close communication to oversee a production process start to finishBuild content calendar and oversee video upload schedule to YouTube channels according to the established guidelinesUpload videos to YouTube according to our best practisesInitiate work process improvements, solutions for better communication
WHAT WE EXPECT
Previous experience as a project manager or coordinator, ideally within the media industryExperience in Social media channel development (and associated project management with third party resources)Data-driven decision-making skills and crunch data for breakfastClear communicator who collaborates well across all levels and adapts quickly within a teamGood organizational and planning skills, ability to work in a dynamic environmentEagerness to learn and grow, with an open mindset to feedback and development
