WHAT YOU’LL DO
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development teamGather, challenge, and clarify business requirements, ensuring they are realistic and aligned with company goalsBreak down complex requests into clear, structured, and prioritized technical tasksFacilitate discussions with the development team to identify the best technical solutions and timelinesBuild and maintain easy-to-follow roadmaps that guide delivery and manage expectationsPrioritize tasks based on business impact, and help stakeholders understand trade-offs and effort involvedCollaborate closely with marketing, SEO, affiliate, YouTube, and editorial teams to support strategic initiativesEnsure project progress is transparent and communicated clearly to all partiesContinuously optimize workflows, introduce improvements, and remove blockersHandle ad hoc initiatives while balancing long-term goals in a fast-changing environment
WHAT WE EXPECT
4+ year of experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role working with development teamsExcellent stakeholder management skills—comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, and aligning expectationsStrong ability to translate business needs into clear, developer-friendly tasksSolid understanding of software development processes, especially AgileConfidence in prioritizing work and making trade-off decisions based on value and feasibilityA proactive approach to solving problems and identifying process improvementsStrong communication skills (both technical and non-technical), fluency in EnglishExperience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
