As a Solution Consultant, you will be accountable for the strategic ownership of the client solution across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment, readiness, and continuity from discovery through go-live.
Pre-Sales: leading strong discovery, clear solution definition, and alignment prior to contract signature.
Delivery: maintaining continuity through implementation planning and execution.
Go-Live & Transition: ensuring solution readiness, a successful launch, and a seamless handoff to Client Success.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Client Success to ensure every client experience is intentional, well-run, and best-in-class.
Act as the primary solution owner from discovery through go-live, ensuring continuity of context across Sales, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success.
Partner with Sales on deal strategy and solution validation, presenting solution approaches to senior client stakeholders.
Understand client alternatives and position Goodstack’s solution accordingly.
Lead and facilitate client discovery and solution reviews to understand goals, constraints, risks, and success criteria, producing clear client-facing solution recommendations and documentation.
Accountable for solution readiness and alignment through go-live, translating discovery into scoped, implementation-ready solutions that account for timelines and dependencies.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding, collaborating cross-functionally to drive alignment, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth path to go-live and strong initial adoption.
Capture insights from client engagements to improve solution patterns, playbooks, and delivery frameworks.
Partner with Product to relay client feedback and support roadmap decisions.
Support internal enablement across Sales and Client Success through reusable documentation and materials.
Independently supporting enterprise client solutions from sales discovery through program launch.
Sales trusts you to shape solution strategy on complex deals.
Implementations are smoother due to strong upfront scoping and continuity.
Clients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their onboarding journey.
Contributing to repeatable solution patterns that improve speed and quality.
Clear and concise communicator – keep stakeholders aligned and informed without overcomplicating.
Exceptional project and stakeholder Lead – drive accountability, pace, and structure across multiple teams.
Commercially minded – understand how faster go-lives translate to stronger adoption and revenue.
Technically fluent – grasp data flows and integrations and can problem-solve with engineers and product teams.
Calm under pressure – stay composed, prioritize well, and make clear decisions when things get busy.
Collaborative by default – bring people together, cut through noise, and get things done.
5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation consulting, technical consulting, or similar roles.
Experience supporting multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, including deal navigation, structured qualification, and understanding how scope, risk, and assumptions influence pricing, SOWs, and expansion opportunities.
Comfortable coordinating internal and client stakeholders across time zones throughout both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
Strong stakeholder communication and solution design, translating business and technical requirements into clear, scalable solution narratives that balance tradeoffs and drive outcome-focused recommendations.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes evolve rapidly.
Take ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just tasks.
CSR, ESG, or social-impact technology.
Experience working with enterprise clients like Microsoft, Airbnb, or TikTok.
Experience with APIs or SaaS integrations.
Building documentation, templates, and process improvements that scale.
