1-6- Rehabilitation Specialist (MICA Program)- Sunday - Thursday-6 AM - 2 PM

Rehabilitation Specialists are expected to implement the Recovery Model in all interactions with members. This approach emphasizes hope, autonomy, peer support, respect, empathy, non-stigmatizing language, empowerment, leveraging members' strengths, and fostering self-determination.

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, in our MICA Program you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive culture and quality of life for the members of Arundel Lodge. Your primary responsibility will be to support individuals in their recovery journeys from mental illness, physical illness, and substance use challenges.
