Job Title: ABA Office Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join a growing international organisation operating in the ABA therapy space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operations, people coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced remote environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting workforce operations, onboarding, team supervision, and overall office management, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, leadership, and client services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and naturally takes ownership of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support operational processes across client services and workforce operations
- Provide leadership and administrative oversight to internal teams supporting ABA service delivery
- Support onboarding and workforce coordination for Behavior Technicians
- Assist with staff communication, team coordination, and general HR-related processes
- Support client service operations, including intake coordination and service initiation
- Manage incoming communications and operational inquiries
- Address operational challenges and support resolution of client or staff-related issues
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain efficient workflows and service coordination
- Utilize internal systems and software platforms to support operational tracking and documentation
