Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST) Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate onboarding training sessions for new hires/clients (e.g., BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff)
Develop, maintain, and improve onboarding and training materials (SOPs, guides, videos, presentations)
Ensure new employees are fully trained on internal systems (e.g., Rethink, scheduling platforms, communication tools)
Conduct system walk-throughs and hands-on training to ensure competency
Partner with clinical leadership to ensure training aligns with clinical standards and expectations
Track and monitor training completion and employee readiness before they begin working with clients
Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed post-onboarding
Identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve training programs and processes
Assist with onboarding coordination (documentation, scheduling, system setup) as needed
Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding and initial training period
Requirements
2+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or employee enablement (healthcare or ABA preferred)
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using and training others on multiple systems and software
Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, easy-to-understand training
Proactive, patient, and supportive approach to training
